Reuben Morgan signed to Michael W Smith's Rocketown Records

Michael W Smith's Rocketown Records (home to Chris Rice,Ginny
Owens...) announced last Friday, the signing of well-known Australian
worship leader Reuben Morgan.

Don Donahue, president of Rocketown Records, said, "I have sung
Reuben's songs for years in church without even realizing it. To meet
the heart behind the melody and lyric has been an honor. I truly feel
like America is the last part of the world to discover Reuben Morgan

already well known worship leader to churches in the U.S."

Reuben has 17 songs in the Top 500 of the CCLI (Christian Copyright
Licensing International) chart, more than any other writer.

Reuben Morgan will be touring the United States in July and August,
doing 20 worship events in markets such as Los Angeles, Denver,
Austin, Jacksonville, Tulsa and Orlando. His first radio single, "My
Redeemer Lives," goes for adds at AC/INSP/CHR on June 24. (from

WHO IS REUBEN?
In addition to leading worship at Hillsong,which attracts more than
17,000 attendees each week on multiple campuses, Reuben has written
many songs over the past eight years for the church, including "I Give
You My Heart," "My Redeemer Lives," "Hosanna," "Hear Our Praises," "I
Adore You" and "You Said." His songs are featured on numerous albums
with artists such as Michael W Smith, The Katinas, Jeff Deyo, Rita
Springer and Robin Mark recording his work. On the most recent
Christian Copyright Licensing International survey (CCLI Feb 2005),
five of Morgan's songs appear in the Top 25 Worship songs list for
Australia while Top 25 charts for the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, South
Africa and Sweden also show the impact his songs are making in

US DEBUT
Morgan's Rocketown debut, World Through Your Eyes, will release in the
United States on Sept. 13.
