Rare Hillsong DVD Pictures: Saviour King

On Sunday, March 18th, 2007, after two and a half incredible days of the annual Hillsong "Colour Your World" Women's Conference in Sydney, Australia, the congregation of Hillsong Church gathered together as one in Sydney's largest indoor stadium, Acer Arena, to unite in one sound and record the latest Hillsong LIVE worship album. The atmosphere was electric as the sound of over 13,000 worshippers reverberated throughout the auditorium: real people living real lives singing, dancing and giving expression to the faithfulness of their God through wholehearted worship, led by Darlene Zschech and the team.

The new songs included on this album are exactly that - songs with life, energy and, ultimately, heartfelt adoration for our Saviour, Jesus Christ. The title track Saviour King has become an anthem in Hillsong Church of late, and was sung at both the opening and the close of the evening. Reuben Q&A: With all the success, how do you stay grounded?

Q – With all the success, how do you stay grounded?

“It’s not too hard when you’ve got a bunch of good mates around you…my wife and my 3 year old son are pretty good for that too! I think a cool thing about our team is that the whole prima donna thing has just never really washed. It’s just a bunch of real people loving God and doing life together.”
